Operating Regulations and Maintenance of Caster Press

1. Operating procedures 1. The operator shall be allowed to operate after passing the examination and obtain the operation certificate, and shall be familiar with the performance and structure of the machine, and shall abide by the safety and shift system. 2. Inject oil (grease) strictly in accordance with the lubrication diagram, and keep the oil quantity appropriate and the oil path unblocked. 3. Check whether the equipment fasteners, especially the pins of the tilting bed, are loose, whether the safety protection device is good, whether the mold is cracked, and whether the fixing is firm. 4. Rotate the flywheel by hand or use the lever to move the crankshaft, check the stroke of the punch and the gap between the molds, to prevent gnawing the mold or breaking the equipment while driving. 5. Check whether the starting mechanism and brake are sensitive, and whether the slider can be stopped immediately . 6. Before starting the motor of the flying caster press, the clutch must be disengaged. Start the motor and wait for the speed of the flywheel to be normal before operating the slider. 7. When installing the mold, the slider must be placed to the bottom dead center, so that the closing height of the mold is less than the minimum closing height of the flying caster press. 8. Strictly press the pressure determined by the slider's allowable pressure curve to process, and overload work is not allowed. 9. When working, always pay attention to whether the clutch and brake mechanism are normal; whether the fasteners, especially the connecting rod nut and the pin nut of the tilting bed, are loose; whether the upper and lower chess positions are changed. Stop immediately if the problem is found. 10. It is forbidden to punch more than two sheets at the same time. 11.After finishing once, hands or feet must leave the buttons or pedals. When more than two people operate, pay attention to coordination and use double-action switches if necessary. 12. When using the self-checking infrared photoelectric controller safety protection device, always check its reliability. 13. It is found that abnormal noise, continuous hitting of the slider, and stamping parts biting on the mold, etc., should be stopped immediately for inspection. 14. Workpieces, tools and sundries are not allowed to be placed on the workbench. 15. When adjusting the inclination angle of the flying caster press, use hoisting machinery to ensure safety, and pin the bed after the adjustment. 16. After work, the equipment must be checked and cleaned, and daily maintenance work must be done. Place the control handles (switches) in neutral (zero position) and disconnect the power switch to achieve neatness, cleanliness, lubrication and safety.

How to distinguish the authenticity of heavy caster bearings

1: Scale weight: For the "NSK" heavy-duty bearings of the same model, the material used for counterfeit heavy-duty bearings is significantly less than that of the genuine ones. Because most counterfeit heavy-duty bearings cut corners and replace high-oxidized special steel with general steel, they will be lighter than the original in terms of weight. 2: Look at the packaging: the counterfeit "NSK" brand heavy-duty bearing outer packaging is slightly different from the genuine "NSK" brand heavy-duty bearing outer packaging. The "NSK" trademark on the right side of the box is in red and bold, while the genuine The "NSK" trademark is in white and bold. From the appearance of the heavy bearing, the imported heavy bearing of skf skf is usually packed in a carton. The color of the carton is dark blue, and the heavy bearing model printed on it clearly uses NSK anti-counterfeiting technology. The fake heavy-duty bearing is difficult to achieve this point, the box color is relatively light and easy to fade. Typefaces of heavy-duty bearing models are also in a trance 3: Whether there is noisy noise: hold the inner sleeve of the heavy bearing with your left hand, and turn the cover with your right hand to listen to whether there is noisy noise. Because most of the counterfeit products are produced under backward conditions, impurities will inevitably be mixed in during the production process, and they will be hidden in the heavy bearing body, so noise will be generated when rotating. This is the biggest difference from a genuine manufacturer that strictly implements production standards and is operated by machines. 4: Whether the chamfer is even: The chamfer of the so-called heavy bearing, that is, the junction of the horizontal plane and the vertical plane, the counterfeit heavy bearing is not handled satisfactorily at these corners due to the limitation of production technology.

How are casters made

1. First, the engineering department produces the caster design copy and passes advanced technical simulation calculations to confirm the correctness and then produce the drawings and the caster process 2. Purchasing department began to purchase caster materials 3. Purchase caster steel plate 4. Cutting 5.Start stamping caster steel plate. 6. Start surface treatment, electroplating and spraying 7. After plating, come back and start assembling. 8. Pack it. This is how casters are made.

What is the role of brake casters, caster brakes

What is a caster with brake? When the caster is in a static state, the working object needs to be positioned, and the auxiliary locking component installed for the caster is the brake of the caster. The casters with brakes are the casters with brakes. The role of the caster brake The role of the caster brake refers to the auxiliary components installed in order to lock the caster (that is, the brake of the caster) when the caster is in a static state. It is worth noting that the brakes of casters generally work in a working environment with no slope. Special requirements for the design of caster brakes, please consult the manufacturer. Classification of casters with brakes Different working environment requirements have different brake designs for casters. Hanke casters designed, developed and mass-produced heavy-duty brake casters according to customer requirements.

Advantages of polyurethane casters

1. Why are there polyurethane wheels for casters? Polyurethane is commonly known as Youli Glue, Spring Glue, and the full name is polyurethane or isocyanate polymer. Casting polyurethane is a kind of polyurethane elastomer that is injected by chemical reaction, based on polyester polyol, diisoester and ethylene glycol. Protect the floor, absorb vibration, no trace, no staining, very abrasion-resistant, elastic and resistant. It is an elastomer between plastic and rubber, and its excellent comprehensive properties are not available in ordinary plastics and rubbers. 1. Characteristics of polyurethane wheels The elastomer of polyurethane wheels has good performances such as wear resistance, chemical resistance, high strength, high elasticity, low pressure resistance, strong shock absorption, tear resistance, radiation resistance, high load-bearing capacity and shock absorption. Polyurethane wheels also have a wide range of hardness, from Shore A10-100. There are already products on the market that surpass Shaw A100 and above. In addition, the polyurethane wheels have excellent sound absorption characteristics, and the wheels do not produce noise during the movement, which can achieve a mute effect. These characteristics of PU wheels are very suitable as caster materials. 2. Polyurethane wheels can adopt a variety of processing methods (1) Polyurethane wheels can be molded by injection, extrusion, calendering, blow molding and other processes like ordinary plastics (referring to CPU); (2) Polyurethane wheel elastomers can also be molded by plasticizing, mixing, and vulcanizing processes like general rubber (referring to MPU); (3) Polyurethane wheels can also be made into liquid rubber, which can be molded by injection molding, spraying, potting, and centrifugal molding (referring to CPU). What are the advantages of polyurethane plastics? Polyurethane plastic is widely used in casters. It is a lightweight, impact-resistant, abrasion-resistant, and corrosion-resistant thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer manufactured by a casting-type production process. Why did you choose this material? Because it has some unique characteristics: 1. Good abrasion resistance, 5-8 times that of nitrile rubber; 2. Good bending strength and elasticity; 3. Large tensile strength and elongation at break 4. Strong tear resistance; 5. Moderate temperature resistance (-50℃~85℃) up to 120℃; 6. Good oil resistance, water resistance, mildew resistance, and solvent resistance; 7. Good aging resistance 8. Large adjustable range of hardness (Shore 15A~98A); 9. Low compression set rate;

Material performance parameters of caster wheels

Beijing Hanke has been focusing on the development and production of casters for more than ten years. The performance parameters of caster materials are as follows: ·Hardness: used to measure the hardness of rubber and other tire treads, expressed by Shore "A" or "D". ·Compressive strength: during the compression test, the maximum compressive stress the test sample bears, in units of banknotes megapascals. ·Elongation: Under the action of tensile force, the ratio of the increase in the distance between the marking lines and the initial gauge length when the test sample breaks, expressed as a percentage. ·Impact strength: the performance of the data to accept the violent impact of free falling heavy objects. It is expressed in inches/pounds, feet/pounds, or punching work at the test temperature. ·Deformation resistance under heavy pressure: the wheel landing place becomes larger and flattened under heavy pressure for a long time, that is, the test sample bears a certain static pressure load, and then the load is removed after the specified pressure time is over, and the wheel landing place changes to the gauge The percentage of the height compared to the original height. ·Working temperature: the working temperature range measured under rated load. ·Water absorption: The increase in the weight of the test sample is expressed as the percentage of the initial weight of the sample after a specific sequence of tests. Weather resistance: such as coatings, plastics, rubber products, etc., used outdoors to withstand the test of weather, such as the comprehensive damage caused by light, cold and heat, wind and rain, bacteria, etc., its resistance is called weather resistance.

Caster maintenance

The user is responsible for the proper maintenance and operation of wheeled equipment. To avoid improper use or overloading, place the cargo lightly on the car when the cargo is extremely heavy. High-speed driving on rough roads or heavy objects hitting the wheels can cause damage to the wheels or equipment. Therefore, please check regularly: Brackets and fasteners: Tighten loose axles and nuts and check whether the welds or support plates are damaged. Overloading or impact will cause the bracket to twist. The twisted bracket makes the heavy load lean on the individual wheels and causes the wheels to be damaged prematurely. If it is a plunger type caster, the nut should be tightened or riveted firmly and ensure that the equipment mounting bracket is not bent and the plunger is installed correctly. When installing casters, lock nuts or lock washers should be used. The installation of expandable plunger casters must ensure that the plunger is firmly installed in the casing. Lubrication: Regular lubrication, wheels and movable bearings can be used for a long time. Applying grease to the friction part of the wheel shaft, the seal ring and the roller bearing can reduce the friction and make the rotation more flexible. Lubrication is carried out every six months under normal conditions. The wheels should be lubricated after the car is cleaned every month. Wheels: Visually inspect the wheels for wear. Poor rotation of wheels is related to sundries such as thin red and rope. The anti-entanglement cover can block the entanglement of these sundries. Too loose or too tight casters is another factor. Replace damaged wheels/casters to avoid unstable rotation. After checking and replacing the wheels, be sure to tighten the axle with lock washers and nuts. Because the wheel axle is loose, it will cause the spokes to rub against the bracket and jam. Replacement wheels and bearings should be available to avoid production downtime. Casters: If the movable steering is too loose, it must be replaced immediately. If the rivet in the center of the caster is fixed by a nut, it must be tightly locked. If the movable steering cannot rotate freely, check whether there is corrosion or dirt at the ball. If equipped with fixed casters, ensure that the caster brackets are not bent. Industrial casters-MC nylon wheels will have some impurities or iron pins on the tire surface for a long time. Hanke casters summarize the cleaning methods as follows: 1. Detect the visible wear degree of the tire surface. The "flat spots" on the tire surface may indicate the accumulation of foreign matter. Sundries such as thread ends and iron wires may wrap around the wheel. Remove the bolts and nuts from the wheel to clean up the sundries. Check whether the wheel bearing is damaged. If the parts are not damaged, you can reassemble it and continue using it. If you often encounter the phenomenon that the wheel is entangled by debris, it is recommended to install an anti-wrap cover to avoid it. 2. If there are impurities on the casters, it is easy to form marks on the road after walking, you can use industrial scrub hand sanitizer or diesel to clean it.

How to make casters have a longer service life

How to make the casters have a longer service life is a problem that many users care about. The following Hanke casters will focus on everyone: First, confirm the selection of casters with the caster supplier. The weight of the caster is involved, and the material needs to be selected reasonably according to the actual application environment. There are some factors to pay attention to after product selection, as follows: 1. The casters are correctly and reliably installed at the designed position. 2. The caster bracket installed must have sufficient strength and the material must be reliable. 3. The function of the caster cannot be changed, nor is it affected by the installation device. 4. The rotating shaft must always be vertical. 5. The fixed casters must be in a straight line with their axles. 6. If only swivel casters are used, they must be consistent. 7. If fixed casters are used in conjunction with rotating casters, all casters must be compatible with each other and must be recommended by the manufacturer. If casters are used in the following areas: outdoor, coastal areas, areas with strong corrosiveness and/or harsh conditions of use, special products must be specified. When the temperature is lower than 5℃ and higher than 30℃, the efficiency of the caster will decrease, especially when the temperature is lower or higher than the above data, the listed normal load capacity may be affected. Specific products will be explained in detail. The complete caster is assembled from component parts. The manufacturer is only responsible for the complete casters made from the original parts. Routine maintenance of casters: oiling and lubrication of axles and rotating bearings; after installation, tightening of axles and/or adjustable center pins. Any cleaning agent used must not contain corrosive and abrasive ingredients.

Is there a difference between universal wheels and casters?

Casters are a collective term, including movable casters and fixed casters. Movable casters are so-called universal wheels. The 360-degree steering bracket or shell is equipped with wheels and can travel in any direction at will; the fixed caster fixed bracket is equipped with casters, which can only move in a straight line. These two kinds of casters are generally used in combination. For example, the structure of a trolley has two fixed wheels at the front, and two movable universal wheels at the back near the push armrest.

Introduction of industrial casters

Industrial casters mainly refer to a caster product used in machinery equipment or factories. It can choose a single wheel made of polyurethane, high-grade reinforced nylon (MC), and rubber.
