Operating procedures
1. The operator shall be allowed to operate after passing the
examination and obtain the operation certificate, and shall be familiar
with the performance and structure of the machine, and shall abide by
the safety and shift system.
2. Inject oil (grease) strictly in accordance with the lubrication
diagram, and keep the oil quantity appropriate and the oil path
unblocked.
3. Check whether the equipment fasteners, especially the pins of the
tilting bed, are loose, whether the safety protection device is good,
whether the mold is cracked, and whether the fixing is firm.
4. Rotate the flywheel by hand or use the lever to move the crankshaft,
check the stroke of the punch and the gap between the molds, to prevent
gnawing the mold or breaking the equipment while driving. 5. Check
whether the starting mechanism and brake are sensitive, and whether the
slider can be stopped immediately .
6. Before starting the motor of the flying caster press, the clutch must
be disengaged. Start the motor and wait for the speed of the flywheel
to be normal before operating the slider.
7. When installing the mold, the slider must be placed to the bottom
dead center, so that the closing height of the mold is less than the
minimum closing height of the flying caster press.
8. Strictly press the pressure determined by the slider's allowable
pressure curve to process, and overload work is not allowed.
9. When working, always pay attention to whether the clutch and brake
mechanism are normal; whether the fasteners, especially the connecting
rod nut and the pin nut of the tilting bed, are loose; whether the upper
and lower chess positions are changed. Stop immediately if the problem
is found.
10. It is forbidden to punch more than two sheets at the same time.
11.After finishing once, hands or feet must leave the buttons or pedals.
When more than two people operate, pay attention to coordination and
use double-action switches if necessary.
12. When using the self-checking infrared photoelectric controller
safety protection device, always check its reliability.
13. It is found that abnormal noise, continuous hitting of the slider,
and stamping parts biting on the mold, etc., should be stopped
immediately for inspection.
14. Workpieces, tools and sundries are not allowed to be placed on the
workbench.
15. When adjusting the inclination angle of the flying caster press, use
hoisting machinery to ensure safety, and pin the bed after the
adjustment.
16. After work, the equipment must be checked and cleaned, and daily
maintenance work must be done. Place the control handles (switches) in
neutral (zero position) and disconnect the power switch to achieve
neatness, cleanliness, lubrication and safety.
